All parts ship from Montreal, Canada with full tracking and insurance for the full purchase value. Orders ship within three business days of payment. Delivery estimates are in business days and are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Orders are currently limited to one faceplate per checkout; contact us for a custom shipping quote for multiple units or faster shipping. U.S. orders ship DDP — duties and tariffs are prepaid, nothing to pay on arrival. Delivery estimates are for the continental U.S.; Alaska and Hawaii take longer, as shown at checkout. All other international orders ship DDU — your country’s import VAT/taxes and any carrier handling fees are collected from you by your local carrier and are not included in our prices.
All chapter9guitars Limited-Edition AfterMarket Upgrade EverTune® faceplates are covered by a 6-month warranty. This warranty covers adhesion and finish defects — the finish lifting, chipping, flaking, bubbling or discolouring on its own. This warranty excludes installation damage, tool marks, or physical damage caused by the player, such as wear from playing with jewelry or bracelets. This is a finish, not armour: it resists normal playing wear, not tools, drops or abuse.
Warranty claims require photos before authorization. The remedy is a recoat or a replacement, at our option. 6 months from delivery, original purchaser only.
Uninstalled faceplates in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. No returned merchandise is accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) — request one via the contact form. We pay the return shipping if the faceplate is defective or the return is a result of our error; otherwise return shipping is at your cost and a 15% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return. No returns after installation.
All faceplates are official EverTune® parts. Bought directly from EverTune®, without finish from the factory and powder-coated or sandblasted as a third-party vendor.
