We only collect what you type into a form. Our contact and order-request forms ask for your name, email address and message, plus your country, model and quantity on an order request. Telling us where you heard about us is optional. There are no accounts on this site and nothing to sign up for.
Form submissions are emailed to us and used only to answer you. They are not saved to a database, not added to a mailing list, and never sold, rented or shared for marketing. Messages stay in our mailbox so we can follow up on an order or a warranty claim.
All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Stripe collects the billing and shipping details needed to charge and ship your order, and shares with us only what we need to fill it: your name, address, email and what you bought. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy. We keep our sales records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Your filter choices on the faceplates page are remembered by your own browser for that visit and are never sent to us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and our fonts are served by Adobe Typekit, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them. Following a link to Stripe, EverTune® or any other site puts you under that site’s policy.
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. The only exception is records we are required to keep, such as completed sales. Since we run no mailing list, there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
